We’ll help you foster an environment for inquiry based scientific learning.

Children are naturally full of questions and curiosities about the world around them. Inquiry-based science allows the children’s questions to drive the investigations; it encourages children to question, conduct research for meaningful reasons, and to make discoveries on their own. Children come with theories too that they build on and our role is that of facilitator; the leader, the coach, the seeker of resources and the theory builder. The ability to choose topics that are meaningfully connected to the children’s questions and curiosities it key to capturing their interest and enthusiasm and expanding their knowledge and confidence in the world around them. This series of workshops will provide you with an opportunity to experience inquiry-based science as a learner giving you insight and understanding into how you can apply this approach to your work with young children.
